Once your email is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the new password. It is an automated system, so please give it one hour after your confirmation to send the email before reaching out. 🙂
Having trouble getting in?
Some people have been experiencing difficulty getting into the page. Here are a few troubleshooting tips:
- Try clearing your cache before entering the password.
- Check that you have the correct password. We do change it occasionally. It is always found on the bottom of your most recent email.
- If you have entered the password and it did something weird (like a weird blank page) or it just brought you back to this page, try clicking the link in the first sentence of the first paragraph on this page (we don’t know why that works for some people) or refresh the page.
- Copy the URL into incognito mode or a new window and try from there.
- Can’t find our emails? Make sure you’ve searched all your folders. Search NinjaNews to find emails in your inbox (spam, promotions tab etc.) from us. Once you find us, save us as a contact. This will tell your inbox where to place the emails so you can find them.
