We have been having technical issues with the library. This is only happening for a few people so it has been tricky trying to troubleshoot what is happening.
Try clearing your cache before entering the password.
If you have entered the password and it did something weird (like a weird blank page) or it just brought you back to this page, try clicking the link in the first sentence of the first paragraph on this page (we don’t know why that works for some people) or refresh the page.
Copy the URL into incognito mode and try from there.
